Independence Day is July 4th, but the Solar Return of the U.S. is on July 5 in 2023.
U.S. Solar Return is on JUly 5th this years and predicts the 2023-2024 year ahead. What is a SOLAR RETURN? You know when people wish you “MANY HAPPY RETURNS” on your birthday? It means be happy when the Sun returns to the exact same degree it was on the day you were born, which is not always on the Calendar date. Some years it’s the day before, the same date, or the day after even. It depends on the speed of the Sun.
Happy Independence Day, U.S. of A. Americans- to my family, friends and clients “down Under” us up here in the Great White North. Canadians just celebrated our birthday 3 days ago, on July 1st. Canada is way younger than America,only 156 years old compared to America being 247 years old.
We are both Cancer countries, ruled by the Moon, very feminine, Mom and Apple pie, all about nurturing, food, homes, family, mothers, and children, the Moon rules the unconscious, the womb, our ancestors, and the feeling and moods of the people in general.

The interesting things that stand out the most. This solar return reflects the year ahead for the U.S.
The US. AC is 7 Virgo emphasizing the land, ecology, harvest, saving food, hygiene, natural medicines, pure foods, health, jobs, saving, penny-pinching, community involvement, pets and being of service and humility and accountability, intellect and being organized and perfectionist also worrying. The AC is by MERCURY in Cancer; The U.S. has a Mercury conjunct Natal Mercury. Its MC is 4 GEMINI, emphasizing communications and the environment.
The MOON symbolizing the moods of the people is at 13 AQUARIUS in the 2nd house of resources, tools, luxury, the arts, and self-worth; the Natal Moon is at 27 AQUARIUS in the 3rd house of communications, short journeys, and siblings.
The MOON advances 1 degree a month. In 14 months, the U.S. will have a NEW MOON return phase. Fourteen months from July 5, 2023, is 425 days. That date will be around September 5, 2024. This will be well into the U.S. presidential election. The MOON symbolizes the people who will be in the same revolutionary mood as when the country was founded. Add this to the fact that the U.S. is still experiencing its Pluto Return, and Pluto will be at that 29th anaretic degree of Capricorn.
MARS in LEO and VENUS nearby are opposing the MOON, and URANUS is squaring it.
MARS, opposite the MOON, is an angry leader, a warring king who rules through “Divine Right” and will. They are opposed to the ordinary people, and rebellion is at hand. URANUS in TAURUS squaring the MOON is a sign of rebellion by cash-strapped people rebelling against the leaders for being treated inhumanly, like machines, against AI, and transhumanist agendas. ANGRY PEOPLE and especially angry women-the Moon Mars who will revolt. Mars is in the 9th house of Justice. Fights over gun rights will be a main topic. Times will be hard for people, fighting over food and housing, a WEF agenda will be a focal point in 2024.
SATURN at 6 PISCES in the 3rd house is conjunct Natal CERES and squares URANUS in GEMINI and the DC
Saturn in PISCES is restricting information and news media. It’s nailing fake news but also bringing our new under the cover ways to get more secret information out into the open. SAturn is dissolving the hard edges and making blaming others, projectuion, addictions, delusions, illusions, karma, and self-sabotage visible from the underworld. Saturn in PIsces is karmic in nature and very spiritual. We must understand that reality, nature, are one. As symbolized by CERES and real life, are all one. Honouring the GREAT Mother who allows all life to grow in all species is essential. Fake women will not hack it. Saturn will enact karma on all who transgress the Grim Reaper; Money laundering, child trafficking, and sex addictions will all be discussed in new ways. Saturn Uranus is a face-off between old tradition and innovation, and we can see that going on.
URANUS at 21 TAURUS is also widely squaring the Natal MOON at 27 AQUARIUS and trining NEPTUNE and PLUTO. URANUS is the WILD CARD, the hi-tech, AI, robotics, mechanization, Transhuman revolution, in freedom-loving, strongly individual tangible sign of money and hard-earned cash to be used to enjoy earthly pleasures and blue chip real estate and art clashing with the People’s will. Even though the U.S. is a natal radical and freedom-loving thing. URANUS in TAURUS is shaping the new physical landscape, and there is pushback. URANUS rules the LGBQT transexual anti-human. Everyone has rights energy. In Taurus, what we feel in our guts takes precedence over the fixed idealism of AQUARIUS.
JUPITER at 10 TAURUS in the 5th HOUSE of creativity, love and willpower in very sensual high-end values, is squaring the US SOUTH NODE at 6 AQUARIUS, bringing a sense of actual physical, tangible challenges to the AI and social media platforms.
JUPITER in TAURUS is squaring the NORTH NODE in LEO at 6 degrees.
JUSTICE loving Jupiter is challenging leaders’ hubris. This indicates a change in goals and leaders and a more heart centered LEO approach. The Wealth is being challenged, child trafficking, overspending. The South node is also being squared by Jupiter in AQUARIUS. The people will revolt against the Overwealthy 1% cabal.
But the most important thing is the U.S. is having its’ 5th Chiron return
The warrior wounds are deep and raw. The defensive soldier warrior archetype, the predatory eagle, is entirely embedded in the American psyche. Guns, violence, bloodshed, being the heroic defender of the oppressed can be a healthy and a toxic brainwashing myth. This once courageous stance and one needed to defend a new country is now the most violent country in the world, with the most significant military budget in the world. With the most murders in the world. The wounds of all the PTSD men and some women who have suffered as soldiers are embedded deep in the psyche. So many wounded for generations and so many unable to feel or be fully human and relate to others,The Libra shadow.
America as the hero of the world is over; The war machine is being understood for what it is—an agent of death and a big moneymaking corporate kill machine. Men do not want ot sacrifice as cogs in the wheel anymore. Men who would defend their loved ones and children is what men were intended to do but on a more personal level. The warrior outlier defending his turf is outworn, and the wounds must be healed. It will be hard for America to let go of its “ME FIRST” Aries wounds. America is in its fall and will continue to slide over the next 20 years at least. It won’t die, but its myth needs to be transformed.
A positive heroic masculine energy free of PTSD and able to call out tyranny and unjustness needs to happen. I see Prince Harry as embodying that archetypal energy. Calling attention to the disabled warriors through the Invictus Games and calling our toxic masculine behaviours that berate women, are racist and purely toxic is what a positive protective warrior does.
Today Mercury squares Chiron in Taurus to further underline this issue.
